I was the customer before I was the founder

Artur A., founder and CEO, came up through the auto industry. A used car dealership first, then his first body shop right after COVID, and over the years owned and operated locations in Van Nuys, Beverly Hills, Thousand Oaks, and Chatsworth. He sold each one as he outgrew it, scaling up every time, until the work, the team, and the volume all consolidated into Chatsworth, which is still growing today. He had been writing code on the side his whole life, and when he could not find a single platform that handled a shop end to end (every tool he paid for required another, and that one required another) he sat down and built Claimory himself.

I built it for myself first

Most software in this industry is built by people who would rather not touch the work. Claimory was built by people who owned the shops, paid the bills, and felt the gap. The shop operating system used to be a folder, a spreadsheet, a group text, and an email inbox. Every estimating system in the industry stops at the estimate. The work after the estimate, supplements, photos, customer updates, adjuster follow-up, cycle time, team tasks, total loss, was nobody's product. Claimory is the answer the team built for themselves first.
